Shipping Information

 Domestic US Shipping Details:

Thank you for your support of us here Uplander!  We pride ourselves in VERY efficient processing of orders and because of that, relatively quick ship times (2-4 business days to most locations) in the online shopping world.  Even with that, some things are out of our control.  Please keep reading to know: what we can and cannot guarantee when it comes to shipping, our available services and details on each one, how to get ahold of us if you need a different shipping option.  Thank you again for your support!

Please note: If your shipping address is not deliverable by USPS and the item is returned to sender there will be an additional shipping charge if you would like the item reshipped.  Otherwise we can refund the order less the original shipping charge.  Please verify all shipping information before confirming your order.

What we WILL guarantee:

  • Fast processing!  We process all orders within 2 business day after the day we receive them.  After you place your order, your items will leave our facility in Otisville, Michigan within 2 business days, usually within 1!
  • Great customer service!  If you get the wrong item in your shipment, we apologize.  Mistakes happen but we will very quickly get you taken care of and the right item in your hands.  Email us at info@uplanderlifestyle.com with your order number and what you received.

What we cannot guarantee:

  • Ship times.  We use USPS and UPS for our delivery services.  Unfortunately, once your item leaves our facility, it is up to the carrier to get it to you.  Yes, that can lead to frustrating ship times when they are busier, but we can only provide estimated ship times based on the information provided to us by them. By placing an order and choosing your delivery service you recognize that we, Uplander, are not responsible for shipping delays.
  • Box condition.  When your item left us we took every precaution to package it with care.  If the item was damaged by the carrier it is your responsibility to file a claim with them as the recipient.  We are not able to file a claim on your behalf.  USPS Claim Link.  UPS Claim Link.
  • Package security. Once your package leaves our facility it is in the hands of the carrier.  We take the carrier's word for it when the tracking shows as delivered. If it is stolen off of your property or it is mis-delivered it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
  • Discrete shipping:  Our return address shows our name, so if buying a surprise gift for someone who lives with you, consider shipping to work or a friend's house.   

Shipping Services:

USPS First Class – Flat Rate $5 for orders under $49 and under 1 pound

  • Processes within 2 business days
  • Allow 5-8 business days (Mon-Sat excluding holidays) for delivery
  • No insurance included
  • USPS deliverable address required.  If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped

USPS Priority – Flat Rate $5 for orders under $49 and over 1 pound

  • Processes within 2 business days
  • Allow 1-4 business days (Mon-Sat excluding holidays) for delivery
  • Includes insurance up to $100.00
  • USPS deliverable address required.  If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped

UPS Ground – by request only

  • Processes within 2 business days
  • Allow 2-5 business days for delivery
  • If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped

UPS 2nd Day Air – by request only

  • Processes within 1 business days
  • Allow 2-3 business days for delivery
  • If reshipment is required due to ineligible address provided, additional fees may apply or order (minus original shipping cost) will be refunded and not reshipped

 International Shipping Details:

International shipping is expensive, we know.  If you are shopping from Canada, we recommend checking the calculated cost of shipping before checkout.
