Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada, but if you are interested in shipping elsewhere you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for additional information.
When/how will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days via USPS. For more shipping information please click HERE.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, be sure to check your spam folder, or email us at email@example.com. You may also access your tracking information by logging into your customer account on our website.
Where is my order?
If your tracking states that your order has been delivered but you are unable to locate it, please follow these steps:
- verify your shipping address
- check the tracking to see if there was an attempted delivery
- look around the delivery location (side door, back porch, bushes, check with the front desk if in an apartment)
- double check if someone else accepted the delivery (family member, friend, neighbor)
- wait an additional day or two to see if the package shows up (in rare cases sometimes packages are marked as 'delivered' before they actually are)
If you have taken all of these steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office that delivers your mail.
How do I exchange or return something?
To exchange or return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # and reason for exchange/return. All exchanged and returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. How do your shirts fit?
All of our shirts are modern fitting with a loose, comfortable cut. You can find a fit guide HERE.
Where are your products made?
All of our apparel is designed by us, and printed here in the USA through a local print company!
When will something be restocked?
It depends on the item. Our best selling products are restocked frequently. Some clearance items may be restocked seasonally, or not at all. If you have a question about a specific item feel free to email us at email@example.com. However the best way to know what's coming up is to follow our social accounts as new releases and restocks are announced there first.
Do you have a physical storefront I can shop at?
We do not have a physical retail location. The only way to shop is through our website.
