Exchanges

To exchange a product for a different size, email info@uplanderlifestyle.com with your order # and your reason for exchange. 

All returned items to be exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. If we deem that the product has been used, worn, washed or damaged it is up to our discretion to not exchange the product.

All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for a size exchange.

Customers are liable for shipping charges to ship an exchanged product back to us. We can supply you with a prepaid label that will be deducted off the total amount of your refund. We pay for shipping the product you exchange back to you.

Returns & Refunds

To start a return process please email info@uplanderlifestyle.com with your order # and reason for return.

To return an item for a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of order date for a refund. Returns must be unwashed, unworn items. Refunds are issued after we receive the product back to our location. If we deem that the product has been used, worn or washed it is up to our discretion to not refund you your money.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our office in Michigan.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@uplanderlifestlye.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once items leave our facility they are under control of USPS, UPS, Fedex or the selected shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible to refund or replace products that were lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If a package is lost, missing or damaged, please contact and make a claim with your local Post Office.
