Exchanges & Return Numbers (RMAs)

Sometimes you need a size exchange or decide a product doesn’t work for you —don’t sweat it. Email with your order # and your reason for return or exchange. You will receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your request.

Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

We can supply you with a prepaid label that will be deducted off the total amount of your refund.

It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our office in Michigan.

To Exchange a Product

The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original purchase and place a new order at the same time. Immediately placing a new order ensures that you’ll get the new product quickly and that it won’t go out of stock while you wait for an exchange. Email with your order # and your reason for return, place a new order, and return your original item. You’ll receive a full refund for items returned in new, unused condition. Refunds and credits are issued as soon as your return is received by us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
