Exchanges

To exchange an item you must contact us within 30 days of order date. Please email info@uplanderlifestyle.com with your order # and you reason for exchange. 

All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged. If we deem that the product has been used, worn, washed or damaged it is up to our discretion to not exchange the product.

All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for a size exchange.

Customers are liable for shipping charges to ship an exchanged product back to us. We pay for shipping the product you exchange back to you.

Once you have shipped your item back to us for exchange, please send the tracking # of your package to the email chain we communicated with for the exchange.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item for a refund you must contact us within 30 days of order date. Please email info@uplanderlifestyle.com with your order # and your reason for return.

Returned products must be unwashed and unworn. If we deem that the product has been used, worn, or washed it is up to our discretion to not issue a refund. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the product.

All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for a return and refund.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once items leave our facility they are under control of the shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible to refund or replace products that were lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If a package is lost, missing or damaged, please contact and make a claim with your local Post Office.
