Exchanges & Return Numbers
Sometimes you need a size exchange or decide a product doesn’t work for you —don’t sweat it. Email email@example.com with your order # and your reason for return or exchange. You will receive a response within 24 hours of submitting your request.
None clearance and discounted items purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
All clearance and discounted item sales are final and not valid for a return, size exchange or refund.

We can supply you with a prepaid label that will be deducted off the total amount of your refund.
It takes 3–5 business days to process a return after it arrives at our office in Michigan.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Once items leave our facility they are under control of USPS, UPS, Fedex or the selected shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible to refund or replace products that were lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. Uplander is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. If a package is lost, missing or damaged, please contact and make a claim with your local Post Office.
